Adrian Del Riego
Bio:
Raised between Tijuana, San Diego, and Mexico City, Adrián Del Riego’s work is informed by the contrasts of bi-national borderland life. through the use of ceramics, found objects, live and programmed sound as well as video, he is on an ongoing quest to highlight cultural complexities and complications, undermine the obvious, and frame identity as yet another mass-produced commodity that is neither sacred nor static.
Adrián also composes, records, and performs original music and occasionally experiments in digital illustration.
